Thank you for sharing your memories from our wedding with us. Before uploading, please read the terms below.
1. Storage of uploaded content
Uploaded photos and videos will be stored on storage managed by the service provider providing the wedding upload service.
The purpose of storing the content is for the service provider to collect, preserve and make it accessible to the couple using the service.
The service provider processes the uploaded content only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
2. Use of content
By uploading, you consent to the couple keeping, organizing, using and sharing the photos and videos you have provided for personal purposes related to the wedding with family members, friends or wedding guests.
3. Content depicting other people
Please only upload photos or videos that you are authorized to share. When uploading, please respect the privacy and personal rights of the people appearing in the photos or videos.
4. Prohibited content
Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, intimate, humiliating or compromising to another person may not be uploaded, nor may any photo or video that the uploader is not authorized to share.
5. Responsibility of the uploader
By uploading, you declare that you are authorized to upload and share the content you provide and that the uploaded content does not infringe the rights of any other person.
6. Acceptance of the terms
By starting the upload and accepting the terms, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these upload terms.
